These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the HealthPro Academy website and online learning platform ("Platform"), operated by HealthPro Academy LLP ("HealthPro Academy", "we", "us" or "our"). HealthPro Academy provides preparation programmes and support for healthcare professionals pursuing GCC licensing pathways, including DHA, MOH and SCFHS licensing, DataFlow primary source verification, and Prometric-style mock examinations. By creating an account, enrolling in a course or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Platform you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that the information you provide is accurate, and that you accept these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Our Services
HealthPro Academy offers structured online courses, study materials, clinically reviewed modules and Prometric-style mock examinations to help healthcare professionals prepare for licensing in the Gulf region. We may also provide guidance relating to eligibility review, exam booking support and DataFlow verification.
Course content, pricing, availability and features may change from time to time. Some courses may offer free preview lessons before purchase.
3. Accounts & Registration
You must register for an account to enroll in paid courses. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.
4. Course Enrolment & Access
When you successfully enrol in a course, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access that course for the access or validity period stated on the course page. Where an expiry or renewal period applies, access ends when that period lapses unless renewed.
We may update, improve or withdraw course content to keep materials current with examination and regulatory changes.
5. Fees, Payments & Taxes
Course fees are displayed on the Platform and may be shown with discounted pricing. All fees are payable in advance through the payment methods made available at checkout. You agree to provide valid payment information and authorise us (and our payment processors) to charge the applicable amount, including any taxes that may apply.
We use trusted third-party payment processors; HealthPro Academy does not store full card details on its own servers.
6. Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy published on the Platform. Unless required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise, fees for digital course content that has been accessed are generally non-refundable.

All content on the Platform — including course videos, text, mock examination questions, graphics, logos and the HealthPro Academy brand — is owned by or licensed to HealthPro Academy and is protected by intellectual property laws. No content may be used outside the Platform without our prior written permission.
9. Educational Disclaimer
HealthPro Academy provides educational preparation and support only. We are an independent training provider and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of DHA, MOH, SCFHS, DataFlow, Prometric or any licensing authority. Enrolment in our courses does not guarantee that you will pass any examination or be granted a licence. Final eligibility and licensing decisions rest solely with the relevant authorities.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HealthPro Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses, loss of opportunity, or loss arising from examination or licensing outcomes. Our total liability for any claim relating to a course shall not exceed the amount you paid for that course.
11. Third-Party Services & Links
The Platform may integrate or link to third-party services such as payment gateways, embedded video players and external resources. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third parties, and your use of those services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
12. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform or any course, without refund, if you breach these Terms, misuse the Platform, or engage in conduct that harms HealthPro Academy or other users. You may stop using the Platform at any time.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, technology or legal requirements. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the changes.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Calicut, Kerala shall have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you in your country of residence.
